This hotel checks all the right boxes for me. Spotless clean room, located conveniently near to Xihu, and super helpful laundry facilities made my holiday stress-free. Plus thebin-room coffee is a lovely touch.

“Good stay with good location”
A good boutique style hotel with great location .The Fengqi Road metro station is right at the door step making travel in the city and to the airport very convenient. Lots of eateries nearby and shopping mall directly opposite.Self service laundry is a great bonus.Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is a scam booking! I booked UrCove by Hyatt but when arriving at the hotel, was told by counter staff that the hotel is not locally managed and rebrand as Milan hotel. Booking should take responsibility about this and refund part of the room rate.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Train stop, shops, malls, night market, West Lake and Qinghefang Ancient Street all walkable.

“Will be back again if I’m in Hangzhou!”
Great location and metro is just at the front of the hotel. Walkable to multiple touristy spot such as in77 & Westlake. A couple of malls within walkable distance and a big mall just opposite with a supermarket at the basement.
