Best stay ever! The host, Vivien took care of us very well and paid attention to little details. She prepares delicious and nutritious breakfast for us. She even made delicious Hangzhou snacks for us every day and packed a big bag for us to take home. The room is exceptionally clean and cozy and feels like home. The environment is serene, green and peaceful and a good place for cycling and hiking. It's a great place for families. We truly miss the hospitality and certainly recommend this B&B to all our friends.

Proprietor was very helpful and friendly and made us great recommendations of two restaurants for dinner. Home cooked breakfast with professionally made freshly brewed coffee. Room was made up and cleaned nicely each day. The shower stall was large and spacious and the toilet had modern day WC with built in bidet. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Basic but clean. One of the best B&B I’ve stayed so far. The host is super helpful. Very sincere and made all guests feel welcome. Highly recommended to those who want to visit Hangzhou. Great location, very peaceful and relaxing, few steps away from West Lake. Beautiful place, great design and comfortable bed. Vivian was amazing and the best host we had during our trip in China. The homemade breakfast and nice tea were delicious. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place - it truly is very cosy and welcoming. Vivian was amazing with all the wonderful breakfasts she served us, and had a lot of great recommendations for us as well. The location near West Lake means you can easily go exploring since there's so much to see.

Vivian, the host was very friendly and helpful especially when we couldn't book a cab via any apps due to a credit card problem. She would assist us whenever she was free. We chatted like some old friends and made some new friends through her. She was very caring to make sure that we were safe to get a transport back to the premise in the late night. Although the room we booked was small but it was very clean. We were surprised that the toilet bowl was installed with an auto bidet which made our stay very cozy. We were given each a pair of new soft and warm slippers during our stay. It was those small little things that showed us how caring the host was. Thank you Vivian for making our stay the most memorable one.

Cosy, welcoming, serene part of the west lake.

This accommodation was my 3rd stop in China. It felt cosy , restful & homely. Vivian the host was very welcoming and of great personality. She took care of us well. Love her breakfast. Bed and necessity are sufficiently provided. Wish i could stay abit longer in Hangzhou. The location may not be the best but it was at a quiet place near the other side of the lake. Walking around felt recharged and fresh. Didi is convenient to come, so not much worry. She also shared some details of places of interest. We all had a good 2 night stay!

Our rooms were spotless, very comfortable and well-furnished. We were also pleased that the homestay is located at the quieter southern end of Xihu, offering a tranquil setting away from the busier more crowded northern area. Vivian our host owner was extremely warm and welcoming. Each morning, Vivian would prepare a sumptuous daily breakfast showcasing local fresh produce and regional specialties which was a real treat. A Hangzhou native herself, Vivian’s local knowledge was excellent and she helped us immensely in planning our itineraries. She also gave us fantastic recommendations for hangzhou cuisine. Our visit to 大马弄 morning market was special where we enjoyed amazing local breakfast specialities and soaked in the lively authentic atmosphere.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. This is more than just a hotel; it feels like a charming, cozy home. The room was incredibly warm and inviting, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast was a highlight every single morning. It was homemade by the hostess, and it was different, delicious, and generous every day. It was the perfect way to start the day. The location is ideal. The hotel is right in the heart of the core scenic area, yet it's peacefully quiet. Stepping outside felt like walking into a beautiful painting, with stunning views right at your doorstep. A huge practical bonus I especially loved was the clothes-drying area on the 3rd floor. It was so convenient to wash clothes and have a dedicated, sunny space to hang them to dry. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

rooms are super clean and spacious, host will clean every time you leave the room! also if you opt for breakfast, host will cook for you and her meals are absolutely delicious ❤️ its also very close to some of the must-visit scenic places like LeiFeng Pagoda and Xihu! definitely stay here if you come to Hangzhou 🤗

The owner, Vivian, makes your stay truly feel like home. She is like a caring family member who waits for you every morning in the kitchen with a freshly prepared breakfast, gives you tips and recommendations for sightseeing depends on your needs and preferences. She is very pleasant to communicate. The home itself also is not like a typical hotel. The space is warm, cozy, have all necessary. If you come with a huge and heavy luggage it’s better communicate it in advance to be provided the room on the first floor! There are also a couple of good coffee specialty shops just around the corner. Highly recommended!!

Everything. I'm so glad I chose to stay here. The room was great, and the location quiet. Vivian was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was so good that it might be my favourite ever guesthouse meal.
