“nice and pleasant stay”
breakfast was fine but they dont have much option for vegetarians. the location is good as it is mere three mins walk to bus stop and 15mins walk to metro station. the property is really clean and they replenishes all necessary supplies for us.

“Great Stay”
All the staff in the hotel is very polite and helpful especially the reception / bellman ( SAOWA LAO) he is helpful and kind. The manager at the breakfast is also very friendly. Hotel location is approx 7-10mins walk to MRT station. There is two luxury mall nearby - walking distance is about 15mins but u could easily get a taxi for a price of 12-15RMB

Location excellence 10mins walk to metro and newest shopping mall MixC.. thanks to Krya and Ms Ding. Both very helpful on advise to travel around Hangzhou and both speak English. Good breakfast good choice of food and really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Nice personell, and a tasty breakfast with both chinese and european meals. Not bad location, 5 minutes walk to metro station, Nice swimming pool, however quite cold.
