The hotel has a great location, with easy access to both the train station and the metro. The staff—especially the cleaning team—were extremely friendly and professional. We were initially assigned a room that had an unpleasant cigarette smell; even after nearly an hour of ventilation, the odor did not improve. The staff kindly arranged a different room for us, which made our stay much more comfortable. The new room faced the east side and offered a much better view of the Main Street. The buffet breakfast has a selection of options.

“Festive stay in Hangzhou”
Great location with good food and coffee options around. Clean, pleasant room with a nice view. Breakfast buffet always has something for western and local guests.

“Poor smell in the room”
If you need to stay close to Hangzhou East railway station, this is an option, because on foot it takes max 10 minutes. Nearby some cafes and also metro line, which can take you to city center in 20 minutes.

the hotel is situated at an area newly built. the surrounding area have eatery but a number of shops are still closed. there is a mall nearby walking distance of about 10mins. room is comfty and the breakfast is good with a number of choices.

“It’s a pleasurable stay.”
The staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel is located near Hangzhou East station which is about 10 minutes walk away and amenities are all within reach nearby. It even has a launderette which is a big plus for us travelers.
