Such a beautiful place to stay at! Very close to the main lake (just walking distance) and the whole area is majestic. The service was great, they made sure to make us feel like home and had a delicious breakfast in the morning for us. The couple really do a great job making guests feel welcome! We loved staying there and would totally recommend to anyone visiting this area!

Overall, I am disappointed with this accommodation. The host—especially the husband—was not very polite, and at times I even felt unwelcome and somewhat threatened. The breakfast he provided was also quite poor.

“Cozy Hangzhou”
The people working there were very kind and the owner especially is a very nice person: there are a lot of books and movie posters and it was cool to discuss with her about literature. She also helped us with the map and more technical things. Every morning she made us a "Chinese omelette" that was very good! Generally speaking the place is very cozy and the cat living there is a little prince that sneaked into our room for a bit when we opened the door (we did nothing to prevent it ehehe) and it was very cute and nice. Everything is very clean and cozy, we would have loved to stay more!

“Wonderful stay”

Really charming place with friendly hosts (and an adorable cat). Spacious, comfortable room with nice vibes. Tasty and filling breakfast (loved the osmanthus tea too). Good value for money. Good location close to the scenic area, with restaurants nearby.

“Perfect”
The location is really next door to the West lakes in Hangzhou, and there are restaurants in the vicinity. The owners were very kind and helpful. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8) and the room was perfect for us. There are also plenty of taxis and buses going from there to the city center which is quite close.

“very pleasant stay”
We like the breakfast which provided by host, sample breakfast but delicious and healthy. the location of these home stay are close to West Lake by walking distance. The entrance is the tourist bus station and normal bus station is just 150m away from hotel.

“A charming place for a great escape at Hangzhou”
A charm place and very nice host. The host is very friendly and give us a lot of good recommendation and help to arrange a few things for us. The place is within working distance to eatery and East lake.

The breakfast was very good, the staff made adjustment for us (vegetarians) without issue. The bed and breakfast is located near the west lake, in a part that is a little bit more quiet than the rest of the lake, but still nearby everything there is to visit by bikes. We could choose our room on arrival, we took one with a lovely balcony. We were provided with a small booklet about the city, and our host was able to wash our clothes.

“Great authentic family hotel in the South of XiHu”
The availability and ability to adapt of LuYing and her husband. The flowery garden was appreciated, and the western breakfast too.
