“Great place to stay in Hangzhou!”

Small room but it includes everything what's needed. Big bed, little desk, kettle, clean bathroom. :) The bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed the heating blanket. The host speaks great english and was so so kind. Would recommend this place! Not far from the next Metro (15-20 min walk)

“Calm place to enjoy New Year in Hangzhou.”

I liked the cute room with balcony , room had a kettle to heat water and free water was also available at reception. The lady was very lovely and nice, welcoming. I even received a little souvenir when was leaving and a desert for New Years. Only good and positive things to say. There is a little musical corner downstairs that is also very lovely touch to the place. Very lovely stay during New year.

“Great host and lovely location”

Our host was so lovely, friendly and helpful. She helped us when we left a phone in the Taxi to contact the driver and have it returned, as well as to sort out new sim cards and teaching us to weave bracelets. She was really helpful with directions and recommendations. Her English was amazing but she was also so supportive of us practicing Chinese. She really made the stay so smooth and comfortable. We also really liked the location - further out from central and more close to nature - the lake and pagoda.

Great location close to bus stops. The host was excellent - she’s a kind person who’s willing to help in any way she could.

“Memorable stay in Hangzhou.”

This B&B is very well decorated with art & music theme. There are music instruments and board games for guests to have bonding time. It is the last corner unit hence it is not easily found from the main street but not really a problem because the host will give clear instructions. There are restaurants nearby and a 2-storey market serving the locals there. My family and I went to market everyday as the first storey of the market sells great local breakfast (cheap and good), fruits and 2nd storey sells fresh local veggies (thought we didn't buy). The location is near West Lake, which you can walk there but it is not walking distance to the main West Lake top tourist spots. You can either take a taxi or once get to West Lake, and a bicycle to go around. The host is very friendly and helpful. Even my 2 kids are having good conversations with her and she also guide my son to do simple artwork there. She gave good tips and recommendations. Overall, we are very happy with our stay there.

The owner is really helpful. I couldn't get my train tickets to Suzhou n she offers solution to hire a private car at cheap rate. She also showed me how to contact the hairdresser at Suzhou using wechat n xiaohongsu. When both failed she went through meituan to find the hairesser shop. She also helped with the reservation of tickets to Lingyin temple.

There are many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel and the hotel also near the botanical garden.

The place was cozy. The owner is very friendly and very helpful.

Amazing place with the most amazing host! We hanged out, played music and got to know Lily a bit in between our plans in the day. The room was very nice and clean, and it had everything we needed. Good coffee in the morning while playing boardgames. It was the perfect escape from the more busy areas we visited. Would definitely come back!
