“Appalling. Owner cancelled my reservation while I was standing there suitcase in hand.”
Nothing. The owner cancelled my reservation while I was standing there suitcase in hand. She claimed she had just gotten the confirmation as it had gone to spam. I didn't believe her. She then tried to send me to stay in a room at her mom's house. I declined.
