Nice comfortable cabin with all necessary equipment. Quiet, but central location and just 10 mins walk to the most beautiful sunset with the Moai. The owner is very welcoming and kind and helped us greatly when the taxi did not show up.

“Loved our short stay and would return!”

Lovely cabin with a spacious veranda set in a leafy green garden! Great privacy between units and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Nice linen, with a top sheet which is always a major plus in my books! There’s no air conditioning, but there was a good fan supplied and that kept us comfortable during the night. We left the windows open the whole time as they all had quality mosquito nets fitted. It was about 10 minutes walk into town but there was a little supermarket right beside it which covered all the basics, and opened 8.30am-10pm. Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. We were happy with the transfer service to and from the Airport. We thought the price for our 3 nights was very good value for Rapa Nui.

“Incredible 5 days in Rapa Nui in this lovely apartment”

The apartment was beautiful, very well equipped in the kitchen and with two fans. The bed was very comfortable. Ximena was a brilliant host, helping with any requests, booking tours and taxis. It’s a 10 minute walk into Hanga Roa town so super convenient location too. Rapa Nui is an amazing island, I loved literally everything about it!

Everything at Raupa was excellent. Very professional & extremely helpful. The facilities was excellent, for our short stay, we wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend Cabanas Raupa.

The outdoor space including the two hammocks are nice place to relax. Relatively close to the shore (1 block away from shore) and town centre (12 min walk to town centre). The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Owner provides a large 5L container of water for free and you can buy more. Small food store around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff!

Great living environment. The single house is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. There is a small balcony with resting chairs, a perfect space for meditation, and star gazing.

“Our wonderful base in Rapa Nui”

We loved our stay here! Ximena was so helpful and went out of her way to make our visit comfortable. The unit was lovely, the bed was comfy, the gardens are beautiful, and it was about a 15 minute stroll into downtown Hanga Roa. There's a little minimarket right next door to get groceries, or a coffee or ice cream, which are great when you're swinging on the hammocks in the garden. Strong wi-fi too.

Location close to the center, to the swimming spot, and to the Moai site known to be good to watch the sunset, size of the room, balcony. A big thank you to the owner who drove us to the airport on the Xmas Day when there were no taxis!
