Rosario and Christophe were fantastic host, the cabañas are very comfy, well equipped and clean.

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, with a great view of the sunset. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We also booked tours through them, and they were fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to stay there.

Outstanding hosts who were always helpful. It was a bonus that Christophe is a truly excellent guide to the archaeological sites on the island. We considered ourselves very lucky to have chosen this accommodation.

“A wonderful place to stay!”

Everything. It was so peaceful on an evening just watching the sea and the sunset and whatever animals were wandering past. Christophe and Rosario were wonderful hosts and the morning breakfasts they brought were most welcome. It is further out of town but this was ideal for us as we were just opposite the walk to the crater and there was either a coastal or road walk that wasn't too far into town. The cabanas itself was lovely and clean, the bed was wonderfully massive and comfortable-the best nights sleep of the holiday!

Christophe is very knowledgeable and friendly, we really enjoy our stay at Christophe Cabana. His tour is highly recommended. If you stay here, you must do the crater lake. It is right at the trail head.

“Very nice stay on the Island”

Very kind hosts, lovely accommodation in a pleasant garden setting. The apartment was very spacious, with seating in the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was fine – fresh pastries, butter, and jam. We rented a motorbike from the hosts, which was very helpful since everything would otherwise be quite far away. The advantage of the location outside the city was the beautiful peace, nature, and overall relaxing atmosphere

“Amazing sunset views”

Great view across the road - sunset over the ocean. I could see this from inside my room. Breakfast was included and a good amount. Christophe was very helpful.

We had lovely stay there. Christophe was very nice and helpful. The cabanas had everything we needed and an amazing view. It’s a bit far away from the town but the walk is ok.

“Hotel with the view beyond description.”

The room is on second floor, wider than the general hotel. This room has excellent view for 3 sides, 2 face the sea with the special sunset view, and one side inner that can sea lot of stars at night.

Extraordinary hospitality and location. Great choice for a once-in-a-lifetime experience like Rapa Nui.

Rosario and Christophe the hosts were away during my stay but Rosario kept in touch via WhatsApp even before my stay helping with arrangements for guides, transport and airport shuttle. During the stay she was equally active checking in via WhatsApp and making sure our stay was comfortable. Her son Anthony was on site and really helped us as well. The cabins was pretty self contained including basic cooking such as oil, salt & pepper. There was also a washing machine. Bread was provided every morning and there was coffee, tea, butter, jam and juice on the first day. Chairs outside the cabin to relax and chill if you wanted to. Location wise it was just near the cliff looking out to sea. Perfect location for sunsets. Sadly cloudy skies throughout my entire stay made sure I didnt see any. All in all it was a get comfortable stay and Rosario and Anthony played a big part to it.

Everything was amazing! Christophe and Rosario are incredible hosts, so kind, generous, and welcoming! The place is magical, right next to the ocean, and the facilities are perfect. Christophe was also our private guide to all the main sites and he was fantastic, we learned so much. We also rented our car directly from them which was so convenient. Very kids-friendly, highly recommended for families. We loved every moment, a very special place.

“Best place to stay in Hanga Roa”

Best place to stay on Easter Island. Christophe and his wife are friendly and accommodating. Really appreciated the airport transfers, as well as the bread, jam, butter and juice. The cabin was super comfortable.

when you arrive at Rapa Nui you feel in another world, no stress, everyone is kind and smiling. Christophe has given us good vibes since the first day we met him. He is very relaxed and has a deep knowledge about the island. We made a tour with him and discovered a lot about Moai and the history of the island. He prepared for us eggs every morning and gave us fresh warm bread. The cabana is located in front of the Ocean and has all the services needed. A Very calm place, 5 min drive to the center of Hanga roa.

The location was amazing, everyone was so nice and overall stay experience was wonderful. It even came with freshly baked bread every morning!
