“Overbooked, no communication from the staff, I had to find another place to sleep at 11pm.”
Nothing. They overbooked or something like that. I arrived at the hotel and reception was closed. A policeman at the entrance told me that they did something wrong with 3rd party booking systems and there were no rooms left. So I had to move elsewehere and find a place to sleep for 4 people at 11pm.

I was disappointed by the staff, room, and the room smelled like cigarettes smoke. Strong cigarette smoke. I did not like anything about this hotel.
