“LOVED their beds/pillows, cleanliness, and hot buffet breakfast!!”
OMG.. I/we did not "like" anything, but I/we absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED the 2 double full/queen beds and pillows in Room #332!! I can't say enough about how much I really loved sleeping in that bed & my niece loved her bed as well. Never slept more comfortably in a hotel in my entire life and I'm in my 50's (woman) and have traveled a lot!! I didn't want to leave your hotel, to be honest. That's how great it felt. I'll be back for that exact room though! That's why I had to note it here more than once. I mean, I have a top of the line new Sleep Number bed at home and I'd still rather sleep in the wonderful bed & pillows you provided me in room #332 over sleeping in my own custom bed. That's really saying something about how great your beds actually are! So soft and fluffy to lay on, yet fully body-aligned supportive, and just heavenly is all I can say! My body felt so refreshed in the morning & I'm living with terminal stage 4 lung cancer and always under treatment, by the way, so my body usually is in a lot of pain. Not with your bed though. I felt so wonderful in the morning! Don't ever change those beds, please. We also really LOVED the full-sized Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, as well as the full-sized Dove hand soap for the sink! This is the BEST brand (Dove) you could've selected for us guests, in my opinion, and I'm so grateful to use great products at your hotel! The cleanliness of the room & the beds was outstanding as well! Thanks for providing the coffee/tea/microwave & fridge for our use as well! The hot buffet breakfast was just phenomenal & awesome, imo!! Fresh hot scrambled eggs, veggies omelets, biscuits & gravy, sausage links (a bit dry, but still good), wheat French toast sticks, and fricken pancakes, too!! Entitling was really delicious, well-stocked/refreshed throughout breakfast which was great, too.

I got extended stay for 2 days they didn’t change my rm I asked for rm service n didn’t get it I wanted my sheets changed n they didn’t do it they stated the dryer was down if the dryer was down why didn’t they just give me a new rm with clean sheets I vacuum the rm on my own n I deserve something for my inconvenience

Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was easy to get to. Parking was well lit. Easy to check in and out of hotel. Room was clean. All things that would make me stay there again on my next trip.
