It was an awful experience because when I got there they told me that BOOKING had overcooked and the room I’d reserved was not available and they were booked solid. I have had the worst run around to get a refund and will not be using BOOKING ever again! The hotel told me that BOOKING does this all the time and I just don’t understand why they think this is acceptable!!!
