We experienced some problems with respect to our flights but Khaled, the Front House Manager, came to our aid with flying colors. Staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We've enjoyed this Hotel before and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is fantastic! The food variety is excellent, catering to all types of diets with an open buffet offering a great choice. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views. Rooms are spacious and clean, though slightly dated. The pool is huge and very well maintained, and the gardens are beautifully manicured, making it a truly relaxing environment. Highly recommended for a beachside getaway!

Loved location -- had a room with balcony overlooking ocean and marina!! Many areas to walk. Lots of shopping for those who like shopping. Food was reasonable with different mains almost every night. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Huge outdoor swimming pool and lovely heated indoor swimming pool.

The hotel is located near to the beach, reastaurants, and shopping centre. So the location is really good. Receptionists Atef Tarhouni and Salima Mhadhbi are the sun and the joy of the place. Always smiling and helpful, They are really warm and helpful, and they always try to find for you solution if you have any problems. Most of the staff are really nice and helpful.
