I liked that this hotel had bungalows it was a unique experience .. it was clean and some staff members were nice, Specially Sofiene a staff member he gets things done quickly and professionally.

We had the best time, staff was amazing, food was good and the animation team did make our stay fun. We got to do the quad bikes and the camels directly from the hotel so we literally had everything with us. We had the bungalow just infrom of the pool and room is spacious and very comfortable.

This hotel gave us the best family holiday ever. The hotel is very clean, all of the common areas and the rooms were very modern. Not sure if it’s all the rooms but ours was a premium bungalow central location and it was lovely. The pools are wonderful especially with children. We travelled with our 2 year old and the 80cm pool meant he could stand on his feet with his head out of the water. He learned how to duck his head under and hold his breath, it was his first time swimming with armbands instead of a life jacket, the pool was full of other families too, such a lovely holiday vibe. Speaking of full, the hotel was at max capacity on some days and it never felt over booked. There was always plenty of space between our sunbeds and the next family, it never felt too loud or chaotic, the pools were always peaceful. The restaurant staff are wonderful, always a highchair available for our toddler, we always found something to eat. It is all inclusive so sometimes you will eat the same thing but there was plenty of variety and they changed things up each day with different station. The entertainment was amazing, we have never stayed in at night on holiday, we always go out and we never even wanted to go out here, we really felt at home and truly had the best time. We’ve moved to a hotel in sousse now for our last few days and although it’s really nice, we miss the Mirage!! Finally, the clientele at this hotel seemed really nice, we have noticed since moving how the mirage has lots of family’s and non rowdy guests. At our new hotel there are lots of drinkers etc and it’s not really for us. I also have to stress to anyone going to this hotel, please ignore the negative reviews. I am extremely picky with hotels, I also am terrified of bugs. Upon seeing reviews of bugs in the bungalows, when we checked in we decided to pay for 1 night first just to check everything was fine.

“Mirage”

Beautiful place the staff very friendly and helpful. The bungalow was perfect first day when we arrived got some siurprise made in the room as per request as we came to celebrate my bf birthday. Everyone welcomed us with smile and very polite. Just couple of steps away from the beach. I was a bit worried as never been in Tunisia and I read some reviews which was not so great but at the end I thought I need to see myself and make a risk. The resort it self very big. Had a good relaxation. Everyday the bungalow been cleaned and if I requested something was act straight. The food was okay. Everyday staff been working since very early morning and keeping the place nice and tidy. When we went to the beach there was security person and the lifeguard which came and helped with sunbeds and cleaned the sand off and made us feel welcome. There was people selling stuff on the beach offering camel ride or horse ride but the security was there and not allowed to disturb people on the sunbeds which I find it very good as people come to relax not too be disturbed. Overall the holiday was great.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent, especially considering the price. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were all very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing and everything was organized perfectly. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
