The food, and the pool side

Once out of the elevator towards the rooms there’s always a bad/weird smell (maybe the moquette flooring) and the beach (sand) was always not clean, 0 effort to make it more comfortable for the guests since that it is a 5 star hotel!

Great location, quiet and isolated, the beach has crystal clear water and soft sand. Staff was adorable, professional and welcoming. Breakfast very qualitative, with multiple options. This hotel is the perfect destination for a short and relaxing getaway.

The location was great. The staff was excellent, especially the waiters at breakfast. They made us feel like home.

Great location if coming by car. +20C and sunny despite it being early December. Meanwhile, back home, it was -20C. Nice walk along the beach although it would have been nice to walk all the way into town but it was not possible. Good meal was served and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly.

“Disappointing Experience, Not Recommended”

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. Although it presents itself as a luxury “adults-only” property with a private beach, the reality was very different. • Misleading Advertisement: The hotel claims to have a private beach and be adults only, yet the beach was completely open to the public — crowded with children and families. When we raised the issue, staff admitted that the beach is government-owned and they cannot restrict access, which directly contradicts the hotel’s own marketing. • Excessive Charges: Every small item is charged separately — even basic drinking water in the room wasn’t complimentary. We were also double-charged for the city tax — once during the online booking and again at checkout. When we inquired, the hotel blamed Booking.com, but we verified that the full amount including taxes was paid directly to the hotel. • Uncomfortable Atmosphere: It felt like everyone was expecting tips for even basic service. The overall hospitality experience felt more transactional than genuine. This was a disappointing stay that did not live up to expectations, and I would not return or recommend it to others looking for a truly relaxing and transparent hotel experience.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and warm and welcoming. The facilities were also exceptional, comfortable and very clean. This is the second time here and will definitely return again. Muhammad Rouissi, Omar, Orta and everyone in the restaurant and bar were so kind and provided amazing service and attention to detail. The food was delicious with great choices in the restaurant and the wine list is excellent. We also loved the environmentally ethical approach, very commendable.
