My wife and I stayed at the Bel Azur Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience in terms of service, delicious and varied food, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere. I would like to especially thank the receptionist for her thoughtful gesture when we didn't like our room because it lacked Wi-Fi; she gave us a beautiful suite, and our stay was very comfortable.

The resort was big and served constant food and drinks. The pools were big and clean, beach was easy to get to

The pools, beach maintenance, room sizes, hotel facilities, and especially the restaurant were excellent. My wife and I had a truly wonderful holiday. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The guests staying at the hotel were also generally respectful, pleasant, and family-oriented, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was only one minor issue, which I have mentioned below. Other than that, everything was great, and we were very satisfied with our experience. We would gladly stay here again.

The hotel exceeded expectations! The resort structure was huge, very well organized, and had direct access to the beach, which made the experience even better. There was a great variety of food every day, with many different options to choose from. The pools were amazing as well, with several areas to enjoy and relax. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view.

“Bit of a let-down”

Sawsen at the front desk was so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. My bathtub was missing a plug and the night I arrived I was a bit tired from travelling since early in the morning and really wanted a bath. In fairness someone did come to check but assured me I'd have the plug in the morning and to have a shower instead. Nothing happened the next morning but I asked Sawsen and she sorted it straightaway. She also said I didn't need a walking tour, she said I could walk to the Medina in 20 minutes myself which I did. But it was refreshing to not be sold to. The hotel is in beautiful grounds overlooking the sea and has lots of lovely seating areas if you're not looking to swim or sunbathe. The food was fantastic and you are spoilt for choice.

Proximity to beach where there were plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Friendly staff. Quiet at night. Lovely sea view. Beautiful gardens with lots of lovely birdsong.

Wonderful setting next to the sea with clean sandy beaches on either side. The hotel grounds were beautiful with 2 pools which were not heated so too cold to use but good indoor pool was available. Breakfast and dinner was good with plenty of variety. Friendly staff and communal areas clean and well maintained. Taxis available outside the hotel and short 5 minute ride to the centre of Hammamet Good value for money

The hotel has several pools and direct access to the seaside. The spa, which access is not included in the price, has an outdoor hot water pool.

I had a very good stay at Hotel Bel Azur Thalasso & Bungalows. It offers excellent value for money and is, in my opinion, one of the best four-star hotels in Hammamet. One of the advantages is that guests can enjoy shared services with Royal Azur Thalassa, which adds extra comfort and variety to the experience. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Shaza at the reception, who was particularly helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms are not the best in terms of luxury, but they are quite acceptable and comfortable. The restaurant is also decent, offering a satisfactory dining experience. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a good balance between quality and price.
