Amazing value for money. Mehdi was exceptionally nice and helpful and the location was great. The apartment was very spacious and perfectly clean. If you're looking for a travel hub that is easy to get to from the airport (via private taxi), and pretty close to the Medina (via petit taxi), then I can't think of a better place to stay.

The location was good for our purposes. There were a couple of small shops for basic supplies across the road, and there was a nice cafe around the corner to have breakfast. The apartment was big and spacious. It was quite dated but clean enough. The kitchenette had some basic kitchenware and a fridge, we didn't use the the oven or the stove as we ate out. The wifi and the showers worked ok. The bed was wide and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Cheap and decent place for a short stay.

First they told us the booking got cancelled although it was non refundable. Second they said they sent us a message on booking.com to inform us, but the message was in French and when we translated it, it was simply asking what time we were arriving, not about canceling the stay. Toilets were out of any shampoo or soap, and I had to argue with the front desk because they thought this shouldn't be offered and they had to take permission to give us shampoo and soap. Cupboard full of roaches dirt. This place is anything but not Royal! Many lights don't work.

A huge clean apartment with underground parking and nice pool.Its 10 minutes walk to nice stretch of beach,with a few local shops in same road.Its 6 dinars in taxi to town centre.The manager is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English.It has a good bathroom and some kitchen equipment

Really liked it's location, the calmness and the pool so for people looking for animation and music all day long it's not your way to go, also it's very clean

“A lovely hotel that is special because of its wonderful staff.”

We booked this hotel 24 hours before arriving as our first property decided to cancel and so glad we did. From the minute we booked the communication was excellent. I got a WhatsApp message straightaway confirming our booking and offering to arrange a pick up from the airport, which we did. The hotel manager Mehdi could not have been more helpful. He sent me a photo so I could recognise him at the airport, which was so helpful. The reception is spotlessly clean and the pool is cleaned every morning. The staff were always busy and so helpful. I asked about washing facilities and they took it away and brought it back and helped me hang it out. So impressed. We got food at lunchtime, freshly cooked chicken and fish and all were amazing. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach and there is such a good choice of restaurants nearby. We went with Medhi’s recommendation of Da Noi and Sabrina’s -both excellent. Supermarket just opposite. The beach is only a short walk away and you have your own loungers and free soft drinks, which was good. We were really impressed with the hotel and the staff make it so special. We would love to come back! Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic ,everything is within walking distance, and the beach is stunning. There are great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel itself is very comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view over the pool. Special mention to the manager, Mehdi, who is extremely welcoming and helpful. He's friendly to chat with and has great local recommendations made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend

“Eerily quiet but great fortnight for us.”

Well my partner and I were the only guests for our first week (beginning of the season) and only saw a few other guests the second week so lovely and quiet to be honest. Mehdi was a knowledge of information and most helpful. His trip to the Roman water temple and abandoned village was a great trip out and hassle free. The staff were friendly and helpful where they could. I may not have enjoyed our stay as much if the hotel and apartments were full but we enjoyed our fortnight there. Thank you all.

Location is good, check in was straightforward, room was clean and tidy (if a bit worn), staff were pleasant. It was obvious that it was out of season and work was ongoing, painting, room changes and the pool needed a good clean!

The manager Mehdi was kind enough to collect us from the airport. He was most helpful throughout our stay. We rented an apartment with a kitchen, having two balconies overlooking the swimming pool. We'd stayed previously in the hotel and knew the location well for shopping, restaurant facilities etc.

It was lovely. Location was great. Has shops right in front. The hotel was lovely. Mehdi, the receptionist was really helpful and spoke good English They had towels.
