Everything was perfect, we loved our stay here, was completely queit during evenings and our sleep was really good, had everything what we needed! with car we had our own parking and everything was 5 min drive away!

Everything😊 it was perfect for me and my friend and in the best location close to everything and the check in/out process was straightforward,we felt welcomed and very at home during our stay

The inside was comfy and clean The outside of the place - eg windows could have done with a clean.. Nice and quiet. The access was a bit to be desired but once you got down the drive to the property it was ok Great location for the Hamilton Gardens.

The cottage was behind a tall fence up a laneway with no clear numbers until you opened the gate and looked into the property which was a little bit awkward as it could have been a private property.

The house is an amazing place to stay in hamilton. It's clean, cozy, and homely. The bedrooms were great and the beds were clean and pleasant to sleep on. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you could want. Plus, the TV is a big one, so movies at night were very enjoyable.

“Mould is a health hazard”

Unfortunately there was mould in every window frame in every room. This made us ill, but the host did not agree to a refund on an early departure. Booking.com had to intervene on the basis of our photos. After that we only received a minimal sum. Other issues: garden photo is not accurate (only tiny lawn surrounded by black fence); torn and grubby pieces of furniture; stained kitchen worktop with rusty drain; noisy aircon; dirt in fridge; dirty window panes with cobwebs; torn curtain.

Fantastic location with easy access to all main routes around Hamilton, but very private and quiet. The property was clean, tidy and as described. A huge array of options on the smart TV which would cover all ages. Good shower & bathroom facilities. A good size lounge with comfortable seating and plenty of options for additional tables/foot stools. The kitchen was well appointed (only missing a coffee plunger - or we couldn't locate one). We didn't use the stove but it was clean, as was the spacious fridge/freezer. Would happily stay again.
