“For an overnight stay with a late check in, early checkout, it was fair”
For the price the room was adequate, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise from the refrigerator in the room. We were going to Waikato Hospital so the location was good and since we were just sleeping there, it was fair. However, I would not stay there again

“Super yummy breakfast”
Stayed one night. Was a bit cold. Couldn't work the heater. No spare blanket. Breakfast was super yummy though. No small plates for toast and pastries. Warmed plates would've been nice. Mushrooms were delicious.
