It's nice that the property is an enclosed house, separate from other properties and private with fences. Comfortable furniture and modern appliances and cookware. Modern keyless front door entry and enclosed private garage. Nice fresh carpets in the badrooms/hallway and clean well maintained bathrooms. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Facilities available were great, furnished to a very high level with quality furnishings, and beds very comfortable. Villa was warm and cozy and appreciated having the internal access garage as raining during our stay. Spacious home that suited our family group perfectly. Very comfortable beds, clean and easy access. Very close to Golf course, river walks and nearby shops.

As a GENIUS LEVEL 3 Member on Booking.com, and someone who has travelled the world extensively for over 15 years and made reservations via Booking.com - this is the first time i have experienced such poor customer service. The owner (We believe his name is Levi) claimed we 'stole 4 bedsheets (so all the bedsheets for the entire property we stole for some reason?), broke a bar stool (which we never used) and charged us to service the AC unit even though it should Levi's responsibility. Essentially the whole experience was ruined by the owner falsely accusing us of the above and keeping our deposit, also the air con unit in the living didn't work - we reported it to the owner, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. Alongside this we found a small piece of glass on the sofa (possibly from the previous stay) which my friend placed his hand on and cut - we did not mention this to the owner at the time as even we had done so, what could they have done?. I have a flawless record in over the 50 places I have stayed at via Booking.com, yet i am sure the owner will come back to this review and accuse us again of all of the above.
