“This is the best Air B and B I have staying, clean, with everything you need and more.”
The hosts were amazing, so welcoming and supportive. The accomodation was very well set up with everything you needed plus more. Breakfasts were provided for our 5 day stay and there was so much choice. I would strongly recommend staying here!

This is our second time staying and its just such a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need. It's spacious and quiet. I love that they have thought of everything - all of the food and coffee options, right down to a first aid kit with plasters (which we found in desperation after dealing with new shoes) The beds are comfy and the whole place just feels warm and cosy

Far and away the best B & B we have ever stayed in.. Loved the cat and dog also. Extra things included a shoe cleaning kit, sewing repair kit. Thoroughly recommend.

the convenience of location, security of accommodation, the friendly and hospitable hosts, the little careful considerations - the number, quality and type of kitchen utensils, cutleries, kitchen tools, cleaning tools, games, recommendations of places to eat at and things to do; they even have condiments, types of beverages available, soap for washing machine, etc available for use! it was so lovely, tidy and cozy! the little touches of convenience!

“Wonderful hosts and an excellent stay”
Wow, an incredible experience. Couldn't ask for better hosts who really went above and beyond in so many ways during our stay. The home even included breakfast items, hot drinks, cooking oil etc. Beds are very comfortable and the whole house is super clean. The neighbourhood is peaceful and a short walk to the shops/restaurants. Excellent value for money. Added bonus of getting to see Chester the dog on a few occasions as well. Flexible with check in and check too.

“Lovely stay for a family of 3”
Really spacious and clean ground floor apartment with garden access - perfect size for two adults and a baby. Location was also great - easy drive to Hobbiton and walking distance to central Hamilton and the beautiful Hamilton Gardens. Jordan and Glenn were nice hosts - very responsive and what really makes the place special is how much care and thought they have put into the place (really nice coffee table books, hobbiton mugs, quality linens). Truly does feel like a home away from home.
