“Never again and will discourage others to go there”
The heating in the room was not working. In spite of requests the heating was not permanently restored. Looked like the staff was not really interested in helping.

“Do not rent a room here. Hotel of horrors!”
We've been here previously in 2023 and had zero issues, but the staff and conditions as well as cleanliness have gone drastically downhill.

Nothing. Horrible disgusting place. Drugs and prostitutes were plentiful. Perfect place if you like dirty small rooms close to drugs and prostitutes.

“Not Ready for Customers!”
There was no breakfast, the area was still under renovation. The fact that this Hotel is still under renovations, was never mentioned when describing the Hotel. Had we known it was, we would not have booked there. Our room was so cold when we went in, only one lamp worked, TV was non-existent, plus when I asked if there was an elevator, I was told no problem. No Elevator! The stairs were steep & lots of them and with my mobility issues, it was very difficult to get up them to our room. I asked if there was a room on the ground floor & we were told none were available. The lad on the desk was not able to speak English very well, he tried very hard but we had quite a time conversing! If & when this Hotel has the renovations completed, would we stay here again? I don't think so, the noise from outside went on all night long (people yelling, horns blowing, sirens screaming & traffic, lots of traffic all night long!

Please know this hotel is going through renovations and changes. Be patient. I stayed here when it was a Days Inn. It has already improved. Once the renos are finished im sure this place will florish.
