“WARNING WARNING WARNING - DID NOT PAY BACK FULL DEPOSIT”
The stay was great overall. However, after checking out, I received a message accusing me of damaging an elephant statue, which was not true. Fortunately, I found a photo I had taken upon arrival that clearly showed the statue was already damaged. Despite this, they withheld part of my security deposit. They charged me $50 for this cheap elephant statue seemed excessive. I raised a complaint, but they never responded. Another negative experience was that the heating system was disabled upon arrival. The room temperature was only 9°C, making the house freezing cold. It took an entire day before the temperature became comfortable. I strongly recommend taking photos of all items, including furniture, appliances, and decorations, as they do not seem honest or trustworthy.

Lots of space to accommodate 8 people, and even 10 if needed. We love cooking our own food when possible, and there was everything for that, and even barbecue. Feeling like you are at home, cozy and relaxing, and jacuzzi is definitely beneficial.
