Is on different address that officially stated in Booking.com profile (this is obviously to hide that it is shady place by trashbins, we were bothered by homeless people picking from bins on our arrival). Tthey try to hide all those location aspects behind “check-in portal”, which opens only late afternoon on your first day. (Probably to avoid you cancelling when you find ou), as they collect “securit deposit” for no reason. More than week after it is still not returned to us. It was dirty, we had foreign hair all over the sheets, there were tomato splashes that we need to wipe upon arrival. The expandable coach does not work, do not book for more than 2 people. As the unit is deep in basement it is hard to vent properly. Cooking fan does not work, so you will have to breath all the meal-preparation vapors. Customer service was in sub-zero quality. They refused to admit the dirty aspects (even though we have photos), were trying to avoid receiving proof but not sharing any email to send it to them an providing nimber that did nounced back MMS picture messages. When we pressed for cancellation, they sent “inspection” person only to officially claim “everything is in order we are not changing your sheets” (and to secretely change them for ones in obviously different color, so bluntly lying to us, again we saved proof photos). It looks nice on pictures, but they do not reflect the reality of the stay. Try to avoid if you can the least.

Was very clean ,the bed was comfortable, had nice finishes and was the feeling of renting a home not a hotel. Would definitely rent this space again

A very complete appartment with everything you need. A great host, very easy to communicate with him/her. I loved the location, perfectly half-way between the event I came for, and the Lake Ontario for beautiful sunsets in the evening.

“Host needs 2nd deposit & another signup. Wrong door codes. Long wait for check in.”

Host made me make another deposit of $100 & and do a 2nd signup procedure on their own shady website, which gives you no other option, but to save your credit card info. I have had to cancel & reorder my card since. Then they gave me the wrong door code which had me waiting to get in for 20 minutes. Just a horrible experience I'd recommend avoiding. I'm surprised Booking.com allows this BS.

Nice, comfortable, clean apartment. Anna is a very kind, polite, and supportive host. We were staying on apartment for 1 week, everything needed was there. Appartments are very well cleaned, there is no dust even under the beds. It was also conveniently located, next to the apartment, 5 minutes walk away, there was a fairly large store and 24-hour parking with the possibility of leaving the car for a long time.

Very clean and tidy. Fully equipped, everything works. Great customer service: kind, always available and helpful 👌 Great location in Hamilton, right between the city center and the West Harbour GO train station. A lot of bars and restaurants around. Close to the mall.

The location was perfect for what I needed. The host was responsive. The room offered a well equipped kitchen even though we didn’t use it.

“Disappointing, Frustrating”

Took nearly an hour and a half to gain access to the property, as the codes they sent me were incorrect and the maintenance team kept generating new ones for me to try while I stood in the rain in a trash-filled alley and tried them. Definitely a frustrating experience which coloured my stay. When I finally gained access, there was a dirty mop left at the unit door, and the pleather couch was covered in crumbs along every seam.
