Overlooking Hamilton Harbour, this luxury waterfront hotel boasts an infinity pool with Hamilton Harbour views and floating sun loungers; multiple on-site restaurants, Crown & Anchor, 1609 Bar & Restaurant, The Duchess Café & Gelateria, Intrepid Steak, Seafood & Raw Bar and our Beach Club Kitchen. Offering hardwood tables and a full-service bar, Crown & Anchor Bar, Restaurant, & Terrace is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. While 1609 Bar & Restaurant is open seasonally with our open-air dining experience for lunch and dinner. Our new fine dining restaurant, Intrepid, is open Monday - Saturday for dinner service only, offering a contemporary twist on the classic American grill cuisine.

“Decent stay with room for improvement”
It is a fairly large resort style hotel with a certain corporate feel. I would rate it a four star plus, but not a five star hotel. The room I was staying in was decent, but nothing extraordinary. For today's standards the room size is rather small and in regard to the price tag. The location is perfect, if you want to be close to the city centre. The beach club can be reached by a free shuttle bus in about 20-25 minutes.

The Hamilton Princess is perfect! Walkin distance to shops, buses n ferries. My 1st stay was in 1962. This was my 48th trip to Bermuda.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Lovely island welcoming people but won’t return because of what felt to be numerous and expensive daily charges.”
Very well maintained and art collection quite remarkable. Gold room excellent . Food good. Helpful concierge. Lifts efficient. Ambience of hotel light airy with a quality feel. Quite liked the trade union negotiated 27€ per day room service charge. But expensive but knew were you stood and payment going to what appeared to be a happy and certainly loyal staff. Location walkable to town.

“Disappointing was goin to email manager but this came”
For the value for money very disappointing. It was a bday wknd for my wife. Room was very disappointing actually gross with paint peeling off the wall near window. Bed sheets very rough. Honestly I never complain as we stay at all 5 star hotels but this one I would rate a 3 star.

“It was excellent and we will come back.”
The location was amazing - a safe walk to town. The gym was well equipped. The fitness classes were superb. The spa treatments were excellent. The concierge Dennis was exceptional. The lobby restaurant Crown and Anchor had a lovely outdoor seating area with great food. The art collection was the icing on the cake! The people who answer the phone for in room dining were so well trained and warm and professional. The doormen were always welcoming. I liked getting water every day. Having a take-out restaurant was very convenient.
