“Disappointing”
I had a poor experience for evening meal. I was instructed that they had a party of 37 and that service might be slow so I sat down with a beer and waited for my meal order to be taken. Thinking maybe 10 minutes. After 20 minutes another party of 8 came in and were served immediately sitting less than 3m from me. I was ignored so I immediately got up and asked for my order to be taken and it was a further 15 minutes before that happened, 35 minutes in total since I sat down. At that point I refused service as it was insulting. The attitude of the lady was very apathetic/nonchalant and the apology insincere. Regardless of how busy a restaurant is, all customers should receive equal service. I had just been running and was starving. Having drunk a beer I could not drive to town for food. I will not be back.
