Set within the Grampians National Park, YHA Grampians Eco, Halls Gap offers 2 guest lounges with wood-burning fires, 2 communal kitchens. A complimentary herb garden is offered as well as free-range chicken eggs, when available. YHA Grampians Eco, Halls Gap is 1 km from the Halls Gap town centre and 4 minutes’ drive from Halls Gap Zoo and The Gap Vineyard. It is 140 km from Ballarat. You can visit Aboriginal rock art sites, scenic lookouts and waterfalls all within the Grampians National Park. Various wildlife live throughout the park, including kangaroos, deer and native birds. Accommodation options include both dormitory rooms and private rooms. All include shared bathroom facilities. All rooms include security lockers and linen is provided. Other onsite facilities include a guest laundry, ironing supplies and luggage storage.

“Easy, clean and cheap lovely stay in the gramps”
Beautiful property, really clean and has plenty of space in kitchen. Nice chill areas, loved the daily billboard with weather updates and walk info. Also really close to halls gap centre so location was great

“Totally relaxing experience amidst great camaraderie from fellow guests and staff. Bartley & Helen.”
Excellent and warm care from the entire management team - Mel, Greg and Cleo. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of internal and outdoor spaces to really relax and take in the incredible scenery. Hostel was really well run by Mel and her team.

The layout / floorplan of the building is excellent and comfortable. Love the ecological / waste reduction and recycling measures. Encellent areas to sit outside. Excellent staff.
