During our stay in your appartement, we suffer from the cold because the heating does not work or is damaged. Despite complaints about this serious defect, nothing happened. We are disappointed by this incident and therefore demand financial compensation for what happened to us. Please take into consideration that the weather was cold and our sightseeing trip was a failure due to what we were exposed to in your appartement!
