“Good location and baby-friendly apartment, but stressful check-in, slow support, and misleading photos.”
Nice location, spacious apartment. We were travelling with a baby and a very comfortable baby travel cot was provided with a nice mattress, high chair and even some baby utensils. This was very helpful.

Very nice apartment, close to the city center but quiet. Comfortable bed. A lot of working space if needed. Good quality wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Good contact with the managing company, all instructions clear and helpful. Recommended.

“Great value for money and centrally-located apartment for a very pleasant exprience.”
The location of the apartment in the city is very central. This makes it easy to either use public transport or private car. The apartment was well-equipped and really gave a "home-away-from-home" feel.

“The apartment had a great location, and the host was very responsive and helpful.”
I liked the location of the apartment — it was convenient and pleasant. The host was also very responsive and ready to help with any questions that came up. I was offered an upgrade from the room I originally planned to book, which was a nice gesture.

“Just a great fun new experience to stay here 😃🙏🏽”
Super nice, well furnished! Great location. When I arrived at 20.30, it was dark and I find it difficult to find the building let alone following the instructions to get the keys from the safes. However, I found it also exciting, like a fun treasure hunt game! I did not know that there is a lamp button just next to the main door so I use my phone flashlight. It was fine but a little surprising at first hahaha.

“A great place in a great location!”
The location was amazing, so close to everything which made accessing places really easy. It was also a much bigger space than we envisioned it to be which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was very nicely presented and had everything one could need in it.

The facilities and amenities were up to standard. The location was very central walking distance into the city and a tram stop at the end of the road.

being pestered repeatedly to leave a 10 point review. Best marks should be achieved by outstanding performance, not constant harassment to give a good rating. How about providing tea and coffee at least for the first day, as most other establishments do? Or clean the windows? The apartment has potential, the location is good, but the management is poor, or inexperienced?
