The breakfast was not worth the money and we had difficulty finding somewhere to sit. Poor selection.

Everything was excellent.

First of all, the important point here is that the hotel check-out time is 12:00. But at 8:30 in the morning, while we (a couple) were still sleeping, housekeeping staff knocked 2-3 times on our door, and then used the master key to just open our room. And then i woke up and went to the door. I was confused. The staff member even saw me standing there in my underwear, then shut the door and left. My girlfriend and I were shocked and confused, but we were still tired and went back to sleep. Then at 10:30, while my girlfriend was in the shower, he knocked again! This time I was awake, so I shouted at the man not to come in. At around 11:40, just as we were about to check out, he knocked yet again. I said, “Check-out is at 12:00, so why do you keep knocking?” He replied that he needed to clean the room. This turned into a 5-minute argument—in English, because the staff member couldn’t even speak proper German in a German hotel. But seriously, does this make any sense? Think about it: what if a female guest had been alone in the room, naked, in the shower, or if a couple had been intimate? This is why proper staff training is essential. This kind of behavior is far beyond common sense. I have stayed at countless hotels before, but this is the first time I have ever experienced staff knocking and trying to clean before check-out time—and not just once, but three times. Honestly, this was the worst.

Good location close to public transport (trams). Room was basic but a good size with a comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was clean and functional with an excellent shower. Reception staff were most helpful.

Clean room, excellent AC. No real room amenities but for the price this was not a big issue.. The bathroom worked much better than some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at this trip.

Our little family spent a night here just to take some rest on our journey to Croatia. The room was spacious and clean, we had everything we needed.

The check-in experience was smooth and quick. I was even allowed to enter the room before the official time, which was really convenient. The hotel is well-located, with good connections to get around the city. The breakfast was basic but had the essentials — enough to start the day off right. The room was clean, but I was disappointed with the view. It faced a small interior patio with other windows very close by, so I had to keep the curtains shut the entire time for any sense of privacy.

The hotel has air conditioning on waiting, the room was ready early, the people on the front desk were great The location was nice , next to tram stops and a nice location. Very pretty outside. Rewe next door was convenient The bathroom is great.
