Overview
Buffalo Bill's is an oak-beamed country inn set in the heart of Sussex, next to unspoilt woodland. It has a bar, a restaurant and free parking. The bar and lounge area has ample seating and serves drinks throughout the day. A wide selection of meals is also available, including a full English breakfast in the morning. The bedrooms all have a bathroom with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. Other facilities include TVs and tea/coffee. Lewes Railway Station is a 10-minute drive from Buffalo Bill's and Uckfield Railway Station is 15 minutes’ drive away.

“Would not return.”
The restaurant was closed. Check in was until 6pm and I arrived at 1 minute to 6. No mention of this at booking. Felt like a dodgy USA motel.

“Horrible refund please”
I would like a refund please. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. If you look at the reviews 99% say the same. I thought I would give them a try as they may have raised their standards but no. I did not feel safe there as a woman alone. There was no hot water in the bath or shower. That's a minimum requirement. I work in health and safety and this was neither healthy or safe

“Dated rooms attached to Abandoned Restaurant”
Rooms are attached to a now closed and abandoned restaurant. Had a call during day saying info would be left at reception, what transpired was my name in large letters and room number posted on the window and they key left in the room door. Which put me on edge. Rooms are very dated. In the end I left and found somewhere else as I didnt want to stay there. Would NOT recommend at all.

“Beds are comfortable and the manager is a friendly and helpful man.”
Sadly the Restaurant side has closed and it is just a Motel, we have stayed here before, and will stay again.
