We had a wonderful experience. The host was extremely responsive, supportive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The property was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into providing guests with all the essentials and more. We genuinely couldn't find anything to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

“Exceptional”
We so loved our stay at Luca’s Houses. A cosy studio and everything we needed was provided. A nice little outdoor area where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. So happy to be welcomed by Vilston at the port who carried our luggage for us. Excellent location, close to the harbour and Potamos beach. We fell in love with Halki and Luca’s Houses. Thank you Anna for all your help and kindness

Good shower and water pressure. Attention to detail. We had fruit , wine, flowers and water on arrival. Quiet location. Quiet air con at night. Everything in the apartment was brand new. Would stay here again.

Newly refurbished done to a high standard. and spotlessly clean, we liked the outside space , comfortable apartment, only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed much longer. Good location.

“Elegant studio, close to port but silent”
I lived in a smaller studio, very nicely and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet little sitting area outside the door with shade in the afternoon and evening. The kitchenette was the best equipped and cleanest I've seen while traveling. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I come back to nice Chalki.

Everything that I required and more. Clean and comfortable bed. The separate shower cubicle is a bonus feature. Nice little outdoor seating area with parasol. Help with my suitcase from and to harbour 😀
