I was not informed before hand about the pool being out of order. Also we could not control the temperature in the room and I got to hot which was uncomfortable.

“Windows. No sound barrier.”
I like the staff. As they were friendly. But was told I could not get any discounted rate for the outside noise all night.

The location of this hotel is excellent, the room space and facilities are good, and the breakfast is also very good.

“Friendly Staff, Fabulous Facility and Fantastic Customer Service”
The staff was excellent especially the gentleman on the desk upon arrival in the evening. They were able to accommodate my request to be on the lower floor due to the elevator issues which was much appreciated. The same gentleman assisted our request to have some school work printed for my daughter to help her work on school work while she was away from home. Breakfast was excellent!

My reservation was cancelled via email due to a flood. When I called front desk my reservation was indeed cancelled. I was on my way from Cape Breton and they did nothing to help me out. Just a generic apology. No attempt to figure out a solution.
