We stayed at Radisson Blu Half Moon Beach from 26th May to 27th May with family — 6 adults and 1 child. We booked one Chalet with Terrace and one Junior Suite room. The property is really beautiful with excellent beach access and a very relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The maintenance of the property could be much better. In the chalet room, only 2 cups were provided even though 5 guests were staying there, and only 4 small water bottles were kept, which was not sufficient. The female swimming pool timing should also be extended. Currently it is only from 8 AM to 5 PM, and during that time the weather is extremely hot, making it difficult to enjoy comfortably. Since the male pool access is available 24 hours, we kindly request the management to reconsider the ladies’ pool timing as well. The food menu can also be improved further. Breakfast was okay, but adding more variety and better options would make the experience even better. Apart from these points, the property is excellent, the beach entry is amazing, and we had a wonderful family time. Thank you to the team for the hospitality.

Not focus on maintaining the facilities. Staff is less. Not provide extra mattress. After i pay they said we can't provide. Bad decision to stay. Breakfast time not organised no staff
