There is no ramp or elevator access and only stairs are available. It was difficult to carry luggage.

The chef had 2 days off so they packed our fridge with tons of food We’ve been here at off season period so prices were reasonable for a family travel budget.

We loved how centrally located Wadano Gateway is! It’s very convenient for accessing both the slopes and Happo One village. The concierge team was exceptional and went out of their way to help arrange transport around Happo One for us, especially as our son was on crutches due to an injury. Their support made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The room was a great size for our family of four, very cozy, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. We also really appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities, which are incredibly useful for a ski trip. Most of all, every member of staff was warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Breakfast was small but nice; a different 'cooked' option every day e.g. smoked salmon & cream cheese muffins, ham and cheese croissants, eggs etc. All very tasty. Location was good - walkable into the Hakuba 'village' and up to the ski lifts too although there was a handy shuttle too.

The rooms were comfortable and they had washer and dryer machine. Communication was easy in English with the staff. The shuttle van drivers are friendly.

The rooms were clean, warm and managed three adults well. Good location and the shuttle service made for an easy experience getting around hakuba.

the apartment is spacious and very comfortable for our family of 6. the facilities is complete and superb. staffs are friendly and helpful. will definitely stay here again in the future. our kids enjoy our time in wadano.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was walkable to town. Although needed transport to supermarkets. Very helpful transport bus to get to snowfields just need to be organised and give at least two hours notice. Room was huge and very comfortable with great views.
