The apartment is right next to the ski field and the beds are super comfortable. There is tv with Netflix and it’s a really comfortable place to relax at night.

“Great stay. Loved it”
Property was everything it said. Close to the slopes (100m from the nearest chair), facilities in the room were great. Shower was amazing. Beds were comfy and kitchen well fitted out.

“Everything you could need delivered with a smile”
Daniel and his team were great Kept in touch while we were travelling via WhatsApp They met us on site even though we got in at 11PM Helped us organised skis with a supplier that picked us up and took us home and picked up skis from the accommodation at the end The no charge daily shopping trips and van to the departing bus were great. The left access 30metres from the door meant we were first on the slopes on powder days Bus to other Hakuba resorts was about 150 metres away and included in lift pass Self catering was great Heating excellent and when minor issue one day i.e. needing to reboot every few hours, it was addressed, with thanks 🫡 Great boot room with excellent drying facilities

Pick up and drop off service was great! Also shopping for groceries trips were organised and very handy! Very close to Iwatake gondola and chairlifts.

Beautiful serviced apartment, comfort, clean and spacious for a family of 4. Great service, Dan & Collin are super friendly. The bar is very unique & cozy, we all like it! Dry room is equipped with modern electronic drying racks for ski boots, gloves. Close to Iwatake base station & Gondola, less than 5 minutes by walking, great location.

Amazing location, accommodation was clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Daniel was so helpful with all questions before our arrival, including organising Mark our driver who was amazing. We stopped off at the local grocery store before arriving to pick up a few groceries.

Daniel and his team were super friendly and accomodating, creating a beautiful home away from home environment! The accomodation itself is fantastic, huge compared with others in Hakuba and the Iwatake Mountain was our favourite, so it was a treat to stay there. Would definitely stay again.

“Amazing accom close to ski fields”
Amazing stay at Iwatake Apartments. Situated less than 20m to a lift at Iwatake Ski Field, it is not only in a great location but has everything you need in an apartment. The staff were also extremely accomodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t fault it.

“Spacious, well-appointed, and warm. Right on the snow.”
Spacious, well-appointed, warm, and comfortable. Host and staff are amazing, with superb comms throughout. Right on the snow, just a few metres to the lift and a short walk/ski to the ticket office/gondola station and gear hire. Iwatake is a nice quiet resort. No real dining options after 4:30pm, so you can self-cater in the apartment or, I recommend, have a car to make the 10 min drive to Hakuba.
