The property exceeded our expectations. Warm, cosy, friendly, inviting. the staff were great. We really enjoyed our stay. Made some great friends in this type of environment. Breaky was Yum.

Very cozy and beautiful lodge. The staff are kind and there is plenty of stuff to keep you busy if you spend the evening inside. The breakfast is good.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view, and the hang out area was cosy with a fireplace and games. It’s close to happo sakka slopes, and only a 30 minute walk into happo where there’s cafes and shops, and we saw monkeys most days :) The beds were really comfortable with very warm blankets, the shower had great pressure, and there’s always hot tea available downstairs which is nice in the cold weather. We would definitely stay here again :)

This property is perfect place for family or small group of friends. ３minutes walk from gerende. very cozy couch, fireplace, stone wall... every thing is more than I expected from the price.

Friendly staff welcomed me and my dog. Lovely log fire in the evening, self-serve coffee and tea on the counter was a nice surprise, breakfast was right for me.

The manager at the time was super accommodating. Shuttle bus, dropped us off into town. Called a taxi for us, got breakfast ready earlier for us bcoz we needed to check out earlier. 10/10

The boss is very enthusiastic and will drive us to the ski resort. The atmosphere of the hotel is very warm, and the layout is more like a home than the hotel. You can rest in the living room on the first floor and enjoy the snow scenery outside the window. Breakfast is delicious. The boss's dog is also very cute.

Lovely ryokan/guesthouse experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the place was super nice - I particularly liked the large living room with fireplace. Breakfast was delicious - buffet style + a hot dish (we had eggs on day 1, smoked salmon bagel on day 2). The lifts are within walking distance as are some restaurants.
