“A comfortable stay at Kizuna”
Good location, not far from shuttle bus stops and a fairly easy walk to local resturants. Helpful and friendly staff made the stay comfortable. Lodge was kept warm and lifts to snow and supermarkets much appreciated.

Very clean and beautiful staff. So friendly and willing to help. Fantastic cooked breakfasts and very thoughtful about my gluten intolerance. The onsen is wonderful, there’s a vending machine for drinks and snacks are available for purchase at reasonable prices. They really have thought of everything!!

We had a great stay at Kizuna Lodge mid Dec. Helpful staff and nice simple breakfast for most days. Just to share, this is a lodge. There is no Aircon in the room which is ok during the cool seasons.

“Cozy”
The place was incredible cozy, looked like it came out of a movie. The facilities were also great, free pop corn, tea, hot chocolate, cheap food to buy, everything so well thought. There is a little fire place outside, and games for us to play. The staff is AMAZING, help me out and drove me to the pharmacy when I had a medical emergency. The room was clean and had the cutest view to the autum leaves. 10/10

Nice common room for private eating/drinking, chill and Netflix. Free tea, coffee, milk and popcorn was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very responsive and super friendly. Nice small Ofuro free to use

Beautiful place, it feels like in the Swiss alps. Spacious room, very lovely. Quiet hotel.
