We had a wonderful experience at this property! We stayed in the villa, which was perfect for our group of four adults. Its location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and some great restaurants. The owner, Seiko, was extremely hospitable and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Additionally, Ly was a fantastic help, driving us to different ski slopes, bars, and restaurants, and was always punctual. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a traditional, comfortable and enjoyable stay!

“Lovely self contained villa in a great location.”

The host was very welcoming and helpful, and the place is in a great location only a few minutes walk to Hakuba station. The villa is perfectly appointed with everything you need and plenty of space for 5 people. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was wonderful - had everything we needed to be warm, comfortable and cook a few meals. A few restaurants and a supermarket/chemist all within walking distance. Netflix available on TV and washing machine and dryer in the main area available for use.

“Cozy and friendly stay in Hakuba”

Saiko is one of the best hosts i have ever met, friendly, helpful and caring. We arrived very late at night after a long travel with 2 kids, she was already waiting for us at the door, led us to our room and made sure we settles in comfortably. The location of West Coast inn is perfect for us, just a few steps (literally) away from the major bus station. Restaurants and cafe around the corner. Supermarket was about 5-10 mins walk. My family had a lovely time there this winter, we cannot wait to go back again.

“A warm, lovely home with great location and friendly host”

We had such a lovely stay at the West Coast Inn, a cozy place for a family of 4. It has everything we need, we especially love the fireplace in the living room. 5-10 mins walk from supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, just a few minutes away from major bus station. If you like to grab a quick bite after a long day of skiing, there is a lovely yakitori place right around the corner. You can find a lovely public onsen place within walking distance. Saiko has been so helpful with showing us around, great host, sharing stories from the local perspectives. My kids love it so much that we are already planning our next trip back.

We liked how cosy and spacious it felt and also the heated tiles and fireplace. It was well equipped (particularly the kitchen), and a good place to relax after a whole day of skiing. Convenient location, walking distance to Hakuba Station.
