Nestled a 15-minute up-hill walk or a 4-minute bus ride away from Hakone Yumoto Station, Onsen Hostel K's House Hakone offers free WiFi throughout the entire property and an open-air hot-spring bath. This hostel is truly a gem. We stayed in a very spacious private room with its own bathroom and a beautiful view. The room was comfortable and nice, but we also loved the common areas. The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the private onsens, both indoor and outdoor, included in the price. We had the chance to enjoy both, and the experience was simply perfect.

“Amazing stay in Hakone!”
One of my favourite hostels from my stay in Japan! The dorm rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The inside onsen unfortunately was not usable during my stay, but the outside onsen was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Onsen was as good as any expensive ryokan, with generous opening hours. Not crowded at all, if you come early (before 6PM) you get a very good chance to enjoy the bath alone. The room was spacious, bathroom always clean and avalaible.

Amazing place , the location, the cleanliness.. The staff are great people and so helpful . The dorms are well set up and the lounge and kitchen areas first class. Highly recommended.

They provide clean towels everyday, slippers. Close to Tenzen onsen. Only one bus stop away. Fully equpped Kitchen and common room is beautiful. Capsule beds are comfortable. Showers and toilets great. The best is their on-site onsen.

I reckon the location on Hakone was brilliant and having your own hot spring right on our feet it's absolutely brilliant and me and new people here as well definitely was the icing on the cake

I loved everything. It was immaculately clean, and everything was well designed and efficient, like the little safe built into the shelf space in my bed, pristine quality white linens, very functional kitchen with free tea, and really beautiful spacious common areas with comfortable couches and chairs, and lovely balcony with a view. Th gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. Both indoor and outdoor onsens were gorgeous.

“Best class of hostel”
Very comfortable and clean, with well equipped super clean kitchen, dining room and stylish comfortable lounge....plus an onsen. What's not to like?
