Very clean hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The buffet dinner had an impressive variety of dishes and everything I tried was delicious. Breakfast was also very good, and the onsen experience was relaxing and well maintained. The staff were kind and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Also, very close to a bus station.

“Great onsen”
The breakfast and dinner were okay. The onsen was really great, and I loved the sweet warabimochi at check-in. I’d recommend this place for the onsen rather than the food. The room was big but a little chilly at night, even after adjusting the temperature, though after a soak in the onsen, you warm up quickly.

“Comfortable family option for an onsen stay.”
Family friendly with games and table tennis. Good size room with comfortable beds. Plenty of supplies and good size Onsen area that didn’t get too busy. Buffet had a great variety and quality options. Free parking would have been good had we kept our car.bus rides and surrounding areas are spectacular.

The room is very spacious for Japanese standard, breakfast and dinner were great and the staffs were very friendly. The room has everything I need. The place itself is close by a bus stop and a convenience store. Definitely will be back here for another trip to Hakone!
