“Awesome location & onsen, great staff, dated rooms”
Perfect location with nice views of sunset and friendly yet professional staff. Would also like to comment that their onsen was great, and the golden week mochi-making (hitting LOL) experience was fun 😂🤩 Thank you for your kind hospitality!

New hotel very close to Hakodate Station. Clean and tidy. A bit busy when we stayed and the lifts were struggling to keep up with the demand, so allow a bit of extra time for waiting.

Location was perfect. Just a short walk from the train station, bus station, tram stop and the morning markets. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great selection and something for everyone.

“I didn’t want to leave”
I couldn’t be happier about staying at this hotel. Great location, wonderful breakfast and a fantastic staff. The rooms are excellent. Next time I’ll try the onsen.

Just next to the JR station, easy to locate. The staff were helpful, and the room was spacious for a solo traveler. I enjoyed their onsen, and they even have popsicles provided! Last but not least, they have a wide selection of breakfast items and very fresh sashimi!

“Superb location, cosy room”
Superb location, cosy room. Staff were really helpful, we needed additional hangers for drying clothes and they grabbed us 6 right away.

“Great hotel in a great location!”
The location was great, a short stroll from the station, so really easy with luggage! Great location for getting around too, with the bus station outside the station, also an easy walk towards the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse and other locations. There was also a bus up to the Ropeway (needed that during the snow!) The room was spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in here in Japan. I didn’t realise there was an onsen on sight when booking and didn’t have a chance to make use of it, so no comment on that. Really easy check in and check out process.

“Great for a over night stop off for the train station”
Room was clean and bathroom was spacious. Facilities were great. 24 hour opening was super helpful as this was a last minute booking due to flight cancellations. It was a 3 min walk from the station and was very convenient
