Room with the sauna was the biggest disappointment. Room was for 2 people but sauna could only fit 1 slim person.

Generally, we had a pleasant stay! The room was very spacious with magnificent windows over the forest, the location is right in the middle of the forest and the Puscza is like 5 minutes away by the car. The facilities are new, the room was well-cleaned.

Amazing location in a beautiful environment. I rented an appartment and it was a very good utilised and complete place. The appartment was clean, the wifi very strong and the bed was great. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast more than complete. The rest and quitness is amazing. Definitely the best scrambled eggs in the World!

The apartments are very practical, have everything you might need on a longer family trip stay, clean, big, the overall feel of the hotel brings tranquility and peace and gives you relaxing vibes; the outside pool & sauna area was nice and relaxing.

“Terrible!”

Hi, we stayed in Enklawa on 22.05.24. I was traveling with my elderly parents and my little son. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere in the woods. We checked in at 4pm and the receptionist charged us for the parking. We unpacked and we drove to the nearest town to have dinner. At 8pm we decided to return to the hotel. When we got to the hotel the main gate was closed. There was no one to open the gate. We called the telecom but the reception was closed and there was no staff at the property. It was pitch black and we were trapped in the middle of the woods. There was no one at the reception and we couldn’t call anyone. The entire staff left the premises. The only option was to drive 40 minutes to the nearest town to find somewhere that we could sleep. My elderly dad was walking around the woods with his phone and luckily he found reception. I immediately called the hotel number that I found under my reservation on booking.com. The lady that answered the call was extremely rude and said that I’m a scammer and she doesn’t have anyone under reservation for Anna Leigh. She said that if I was a genuine guest I would have a fob to the gate. I tried to explain that the receptionist never mentioned any fobs and we don’t have one. The lady was still rude and didn’t believe me. She was shouting at me! Until she heard my little boy crying in the background. We were already waiting outside the gate for an hour! The lady then said that she will try to figure out something and she hung up. After 30 min a receptionist arrived. She was apologetic because she forgot to give us a fob to the gate. It was nearly 10pm! My son needed to go to the bathroom and we were extremely tired as on that day we were traveling 5 hours from the airport to the hotel. Instead of having a relaxing evening we were scared, angry and tired. When we finally got to the apartment we noticed that for 4 ppl we only received 2 towels. In the morning we went to have breakfast.

New and very nice and modern property placed in beautiful forrest. Clean and convenient for families with kids (small kitchen, separate bedroom) nice playground and treetop obstacle course on site, small outdoor swimming pool (we didn’t use it as it was too cold).

Nice location in the forest and clean, well equipped apartment. We booked delux apartment so there was really nice private jakuzzi in the terrace.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the forest. Great suites. If you want to have a rest in a quiet place, this is the place to go.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Enklawa Białowieska Forest & Spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the surroundings and the charm of this hidden gem nestled within the ancient Białowieża Forest. The rooms at Enklawa Białowieska Forest & Spa are nothing short of perfection. Each room is tastefully decorated, offering a harmonious blend of modern comfort and rustic elegance. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the high-quality furnishings to the thoughtfully curated amenities. The rooms provide a cozy sanctuary that ensures a restful and rejuvenating stay. What truly sets this retreat apart is the magical atmosphere created by the enchanting Białowieża Forest. The forest, which is believed to be centuries or even millennia old, surrounds the property and immerses guests in a sense of tranquility and natural beauty. The sight of towering trees, the gentle rustling of leaves, and the crisp, fresh air make for a truly immersive and serene experience.

“Idealistic holiday restort for a short break with family”

Excellent location, very friendly staff, and wonderful service. There are plenty of facilities to keep the kids active and an excellent outdoor sauna and jacuzzi. The food was excellent all around, the breakfast plentiful and of excellent quality. If you would like to keep the kids busy in a remote location and have some time for yourself, this would be an excellent choice. My four-year-old daughter loved the experience. Plenty of attractions in close proximity as well, wonderful walking paths, the natural bison reserve and much more - the staff are very helpful in guiding you along. We were also blessed with the opportunity of having an outdoor grill which was nice! The only recommendation would be to have some kind of an indoor play area alongside the restaurant - so that kids could play when the weather gets cold or the rains come in. Overall, we loved the experience, kudos to the service and the wonderful friendly staff, and we will visit the place again in the near future.
