Staff were amazing. I had a situation where a taxi had dropped half my family at the wrong location and the staff acted promptly called the police and relocated us. Hotel had everything needed for perfect layover between flights .

We arrived quite late (or maybe too early) at 5AM. They told us to call them when we arrive at the reception, but we had no Chinese phone number. Fortunately, we could borrow a phone from a security guy at the nearby building. The receptionist showed up shortly and took us to the room. On the day we left, another receptionist helped us book Didi to the rail station. Not sure if they can speak English though, since my survival Mandarin helped a lot along the way. However, they do have a Chinese instant transition app, so language barrier is not something too serious. Overall, their hospitality is beyond our expectations!

I got a room with two beds, cause' all double rooms are occupied when I arrived. The service and cleanliness are acceptable. Managed by a local brand. Location good, a few minutes drive from Meilan Airport，there is a bus route which goes to downtown. Actually it's not a normal hotel, it is an apartment with hotel rooms. Reception is just at a place like a store. Supply transport to airport but need book in advance. Staff friendly but speak very little English, they use mobile interpreter to translate. If need, they call Manager John to help. Really not bad, recommended.
