Great location - German Colony - very close to train station and all major attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, except for the cooking facility - only kettle and microvawe are available. Might be a bit noisy at mornings as small windows overlook the backyard of the shopping mall, where all the shipments/deliveries are made early. Not a big problem, though. Nice cafe with good coffee is just in front of the door. The owner is available 24/7 via whatsapp. Good place for a short stay in Haifa.

Very clean and very comfortable. Owner was very friendly and helpful when asked for advice. Great location at the German Colony with a great view of the temple just up the hill. Lots of Restaurants nearby. Plus adjacent to a small mall and walking distance to the Haifa Port. Came with kitchenette. (fridge, microwave, kettle, cups/plates etc. and coffee/sugar etc.)
