Location, everything you need for a brief visit. Comfortable. Big fridge. Nice TV. Tea and coffee to serve for a couple of days. Bakery, supermarket, fruit shop near by.

“It could be better”
The excellent location, at the base of the Baha'i Gardens, the proximity to the bus stations and the relative proximity to the train station (which you only notice after you arrive because the host provides only minimal information and only at request) are the few assets of the property.

“Good place to stay in for a couple of days.”
The location was central, in a lively neighbourhood. The unit was mostly quiet, except for a noisy dog nearby. It was comfortable and clean.

“Love it!”
I changed my location in between (because of a broken air condition)- the new one was great. The owner drove me to the new place and allowed me to stay there the whole time. It was amazing. Thank you again!

“Extremely convenient, comfortable and friendly at an affordable price - strongly recommended!”
-The location is absolutely great in the German Colony yet not on Ben Gurion street but a lttle side alley which takes care of most of the street noise. -Bus stops right across the street and train station a 10 minute walk away -My host was Sam. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Even sent me a Whatsapp message to explain about a false airraid alarm within minutes of it happening - very thoughtful indeed! -The bed was very comfortable (and new I believe) and the kitchen was fully equipped -The appartement was spacious and had ample room to relax and/or or work a bit in the evening

“Great place!”
Went there for a night's stay, on late notice. The host was very welcoming, explained everything well and was very kind. The room itself was very cozy and had all things necessary for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Very clean and nice apartment in the very hearth of Haifa, 100 mt to Baha gardens and near the main street (full of shops, restaurants....). You have also a beautiful patio outside to stay in. The owner is very gently, he helped us a lot to find a taxi to Tel Aviv. Very good price-quality ratio. Highly raccomended!

“Very good value, very central location”
The apartments are located in the German Colony neighbourhood, a very central location. They are also sitting 200m below the Bahai gardens. A 30 seconds walk will take you to the the beautiful main street of the "Colony", where you will find all the good restaurants. The apartment are also only a 15 minutes easy walk from the train station. In front of the apartments is a cosy little courtyards, protected by a gate. Overall, a very quiet place at night. The place was also well-cleaned.
