“Excellent boutique accom”
Very comfy, super clean and roomy. Could have heated food in the shared kitchenette though we took advantage of the restaurants. Levon is a very attentive and helpful host.

“The room was above my expectations!”
The room was above my expectations! Levon is very polite, helpful and responsive host. The location of the apartment is the best, we lived on the nearest street from the Bahai Garden. Our room was very cozy, clean, modern and equipped with new equipment.

“What a brilliant place”
Comfortable room, super clean, spacious, and a great location! Levon, our host, was very helpful, easy to contact, and stored our bags for us on the day of checkout as well. And to top it all off, there was a massive tv with a HDMI cable as well! I could not recommend this place more strongly.

“I can say it is highly Recommended.”
The host was exceptionally helpful and kind in fast response. I can say he was one of best host in my experience. Parking lot is available around the premise. The room condition was on the top quality as well. Gorgeous decoration, so Clean and amenities, well arranged with cool air conditioning. I can't guarantee but a guest may face a surprising gift in good way.
