The staff and the apartment

The attention to detail: everything is cared for and everything works well. We liked the decoration making it our home in haifa for our stay of one week. Shared bathroom was not complicated. We liked the mattress which is firm but gave a good rest after our daily walking tours.

The host was very kind and provided all information before arrival. Really big and well equipped bathroom and kitchen. Free coffee and tea. Flat is located in the city centre, supermarket and sights nearby.

Nice clean rooms with a balcony. Access to kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, free coffee/tea and all tools. Nice bathroom with access to washing machine. 3 rooms that share the facilities. Very good information about how to find and access if you arrive at odd hours.

1. Communication: Very good, whatsapp, good English. Didn’t meet host. Booked via Booking.com. Easy self checki-in (24/7) 2. Location: 5 mins drive from Bahai gardens. 5mins walk to supermarket/ food shops available 1min walking. Free street parking after 7pm. 3. Wi-Fi: fast, everywhere. 4. Bathroom: shared, clean bathroom, free laundry service (detergent and washing). Towels provided. 5. Kitchen: shared kitchen, free coffee and tea, coffee pods for free. Pots and pans available. 6. Bedroom: private, comfortable and clean, AC, beautiful view from our balcony. TV with lots of channels. 7. Shared Area: Only kitchen

The staff is very friendly and they send you all the information you need. Everything very clean.

The owner is a very nice man who is available almost at any moment..

The owner is very caring, he sent photos of how to find the apartment, where to park the car for free. The apartment had shampoos, soap, and a washing machine. All tools, salt, coffee, sugar in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. Clean towels. Very close to the central street, where you can see the Bahai Gardens.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything a traveler may need. The shared kitchen offers the usual such as a fridge and stove but also a coffee machine, which we really appreciated. You can find there all the basic kitchenware needed for simple cooking. Toiletries (including toothpaste) are provided in the shared bathroom and there's also a machine machine and washing powder available. Our room (no.1) was smaller but cozy and we loved its balcony and the fact that the house is located in a quiet residential area, which means you can get a good night's sleep. Overall the apartment is clean and well taken care of although not super new.
