“Amazing hospitality and a cozy stay!”

We had a perfect stay at this B&B. The room was cosy and the setting in Hachimantai is beautiful, but the hospitality is what sets this place apart. The owners are super sweet and pay attention to every detail. When they saw I wasn't eating the bacon and sausage due to high blood pressure, they went out of their way to make me a seafood breakfast for the remaining days. It was absolutely delicious and so thoughtful. I felt so well taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful stay❤️

“Warm and cozy host”

Warm hostility, the environment is cozy. 20min walking to skii resort

The host is very kind. Since we bought food from supermarket. They allow us to use their plates and bowls.

We booked a triple sharing room and the owner upgraded us to 2 rooms and it was a pleasant surprise. Communication was challenging but we were able to get by with Google translate. The rate came with breakfast and it was home cooked and a great start to our day. The place has a great view of Mt Iwate from the second floor balcony, and it's a great place to relax and chill.

The hosts were very helpful and made me familiar with the area suggesting a pleasant cafe/restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was excellent and catered for a vegetarian

Amazing hosts, sweet, attentive and patient, doing everything they could to communicate with us (who couldn’t speak enough Japanese) and help us make the most of our short stay. Rooms are traditional and cosy, a truly wonderful place to stay.

Location superb near Shimokura Ski Resort and Appi Kogen. Was quiet, comfortable, hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. There was a drying room for our snow clothes that were wet. The accommodation was clean and warm.

Breakfast was excellent and very tasty and also very punctual. The location was very convenient to the Aspite Line and stunning scenery and walks. The local area was lovely and our host was able to recommend an excellent local restaurant. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful!!

Clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, there are Western and Japanese rooms, the hot springs are comfortable, and best of all, the breakfast is delicious!

Breakfast was VERY good - plenty of choice and more than ample . And a bit of variety different every day Room was great value with large size and ensuite exceptional in Japan Couple were very friendly and helpful To top it off an onsen on site

In the middle of several hiking trails, very friendly helpful owners, the daughter speaks English and German. As we were the only guests that night they prepared one onsen only for us and we could use it together instead of being separated. Breakfast rather western style but with delicious homemade jam. Very homely atmosphere.
