Great stay for a few days! Super friendly owner and very helpful his father. Breakfast was excellent local food. Room clean, nice garden.

We arrived late to the hotel and yet the owner was there to receive us with a smile. Very friendly person and very accommodating. He upgraded our 2 rooms which gave us more privacy. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was simple yet delicious. Definitely a value for money. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly place to stay in Sigiriya.

Akeel was such a nice host! He was welcoming us in the evening and prepared delicous food for us. The Food was amazing! Not spicy for those with sensitive tongues and everything was delicious! What you get for price is absolutely worth it

Disclaimer: the manager will change from April. No guarantee the quality standards will be maintained/continued. The place has been expertly designed recently and features a restaurant buit-for-purpose which excellent and meals served (priced at SLR 1500). I was going to stay only one night but ended up staying two. Very nice chat with the manager's father on arrival. Pickup from the station and communication prior to arrival.

“Clean, good location, trip to the jungle”

The owner was very nice. He took us to the jungle and to hill near by. For additional payment we got homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s a peaceful location, that has a lot to offer (especially for seeing elephants in their natural habitat).

We stayed here for the weekend, I really liked the location of the hotel, as the safari parks are very close. The room was bright and spacious. The house is located in the middle of a large and beautiful garden, lots of greenery. The owners of the hotel are nice people, they helped us with all the questions. We spent a wonderful weekend in this house

The owner was very helpful and made sure that we have everything we need to make our stay comfortable. The property follows the health guidelines to the letter so it made us feel safe to stay there even during the pandemic. I would highly recommend this property.
